Trauma

Trauma is natural and at some point we will all experience some measure of it. I'm here to share some insights that can help you manage and grow from it. Your brain is designed to overcome hard things, and talking about your trauma with a trusted person is the first step toward healing. Remember, awareness is power, and learning to shift gears when trauma resurfaces helps you regain control. Trauma doesn’t define you, but how you grow from it does. Take some small steps, trust the process and keep growing.
